Our engineers have custom designed the new alloy which is stronger and lighter than standard alloys. It requires our accurate calculation of the combination and precise alloying procedures.
SUFLEXIUM™ alloy is primary produced in reduction plants, where pure aluminium is extracted from alumina. We chosen aluminium of the exceptional purity and combine with Magnesium and Zinc at the high temperature around 950 degree Celsius of heat. As these elements combined together, they formed a protective compound that strengthens the metals and feature excellent corrosion resistant.
